Order Accuracy – With the implementation of our Sales ordering system, our Sales team are able to show you the item descriptions and quantities they ordered before it is sent to our warehouse. Once our warehouse receives the order, they have a similar picking system that guarantees a 98.8% accuracy rate. With both systems in place, you can trust that we will do everything possible to ensure your orders are correct, thus saving you time, frustration and money.
Effective and Efficient Ordering – Do you have to do your own ordering? Are you and/or your Managers scrambling to try and get your orders in by 11am? Our Sales Reps are equipped with mobile ordering system that allows them to do the ordering for you and since they are not paid commission, you don’t have to worry about being overstocked, items being substituted that you don’t want and money being tied up in unwanted inventory.
Delivery – We offer next day delivery and/or same day delivery depending on your location.
Keeping you in the Loop – We make certain you are notified immediately (via email and/or your Account Manager) of all price increases, recalls, promotions, etc.
Easy No Hassle Returns and No Restocking Fees– If there is a problem with your order and it is deemed we are at fault, please contact our office and we will fix and/or give you a credit within 72 hours.
